We welcome pets at The Jack Apartments! A $350 non-refundable pet fee is required, with an additional $200 fee for a second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet, with a maximum of three pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Yes, you are welcome to personalize your space with shelves, curtains, posters, and more. These items must be restored to original condition upon move-out.

Yes, painting is allowed. However, walls must be repainted back to the original color before moving out.

We offer an easy online application process. From screening to signing your lease agreement, the process typically takes between 24 to 72 hours.

Yes. Residents are required to carry renter’s insurance with a $100,000 liability limit.

Requests can be submitted easily through the online resident portal or by contacting the office directly.

Utilities should be set up prior to your move-in date. The Jack will handle setting up your water utility, while residents are responsible for other services.

Our pricing is designed to fit a variety of needs. One-bedroom apartments start at $1,349, two-bedroom apartments at $1,749, and three-bedroom apartments at $2,199.

There is a JTA bus stop located directly in front of the property, providing convenient access to the rest of Jacksonville.

Rent payments can be made online through the resident portal. We also accept cashier’s checks and money orders.

S/D refundable, less any applicable outstanding charges.

Residents must accompany guests during all amenity use. Each apartment may host up to two guests at the pool, gym, or clubhouse at a time.

The clubhouse and fitness center are open 24/7 for resident use.

The pool is open daily from dawn to dusk.
